We are excited to journey with you towards the Sacrament of Confirmation!
To begin the registration process, please review the requirements below before completing the appropriate online form found at the bottom of the page. Once your form is received, the Youth Ministry Office will send an email reminding you of these steps in order to complete registration into our Confirmation program.

Registration Fee
The registration fee for the 2023-2024 Confirmation Year is $125.00 per teen if paid by October 31, 2023. If paid after November 1, 2023, cost will go up to $135.00.
Please make checks payable to Saint James Church. On the memo line, write the candidates name and confirmation year (example: John Doe - Confirmation Year 1)
Forms
In addition to completing one of the online Registration Forms below, the following forms should also be completed, signed & sent in with your registration fee:
- Emergency Information Form
- Parent/Guardian Release
- 2023-2024 Permission Slip - Empowering God's Children and Young People
- Permission to Walk/Bike/Drive from Location
- Candidate Code of Conduct Form

Non-Parishioner (not registered at St. James Church)
Please have your registered parish send an official letter stating that the candidate may go through their Confirmation preparation here at Saint James. If you are currently not registered at a parish, we encourage you to register here at St. James Church.
Year 1 or Transferring Candidates
A copy of the candidate's Baptism and First Holy Communion Certificate must be provided to the youth ministry office.
For Transferring Candidates Only
An official letter of completion is required from the parish that the candidate completed their Year 1 Confirmation Preparation.
